WELFARE BENEFITS
At Qazi and Co Solicitors our team of expert solicitors are here to help you with your Welfare Benefit Appeals. Legal Aid for welfare benefits will be available for cases only before the Upper Tribunal.
If you are unhappy with a decision made by a Benefits Agency such as Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and you wish to challenge the decision maker you would need to follow the following steps:
- Ask the decision maker to reconsider their decision, following their reconsideration
- If you are still disagree with the decision you would need to submit an appeal within 1 month from the date of reconsideration decision
Please ensure that you keep a record of all your correspondence with the Benefit Agency in order to ensure that we provide the best assistance, upon perusal of your documents.
Following the decision of the First Tier Tribunal, we may be able to assists you in Appealing to the Upper Tribunal and/or make a claim for judicial Review on your behalf.
