We are seeking an experienced family lawyer with an existing following or demonstrable ability to generate work. The firm can also provide suitable family-law enquiries and cross-referrals, subject to availability.

- Cohabitation, separation and nuptial agreements
An attractive fee-sharing arrangement, administrative and compliance support, office facilities and marketing support are available. Remuneration is based on collected professional fees, with the precise split agreed according to the source of work and support required.

We are seeking an experienced costs professional to support our growing practice across civil litigation, family, housing, immigration and other contentious matters.

- Costs budgets, including Precedent H
- Points of dispute, replies and costs negotiations
- Provisional and detailed assessment preparation
- Inter partes costs and, where experienced, legal-aid billing and CCMS
Applicants should ideally have at least two years’ legal-costs experience and be able to manage work independently. Higher remuneration may be considered for a qualified Costs Lawyer or exceptional candidate.
