We operate on a privately funded basis. Our prices are based on either an hourly rate or a flat cost. Kindly refer to our hourly pricing.

Guilty plea cases £600.00 – £800.00 (excluding VAT)

Not Guilty Plea cases £3,00.00- £5,000.00 (excluding VAT)

Please be advised that our fees do not include VAT (currently [2019] 20%) or any expenditures incurred in your issue.

Assessing the papers & qualities and providing feedback
Instructing attorneys or specialists

Communication with the Prosecution Service, the Tribunal, witnesses, and specialist

Solicitors	Fees
Grade A Solicitor over 8 years’ experience	£300 + VAT (£60)
Grade B Solicitors with over 4 years experience	£250.00 + VAT
Other Solicitors under 4 years’ experience	£200 + VAT
Paralegal/Caseworker	£120 + VAT

Disbursements

Typically, the estimated expenditures include the fees associated with lawyer and expert witness retaining. Before engaging a solicitor or expert on your side, we will give you an estimate of their fees based on their level of expertise.

Recoupment of your legal expenses

We may be able to collect a part of your legal fees and disbursements if the Crown decides to drop the charges against you or if you are proven not convicted after a trial.
