Driving Offence Fees

Transparent information about private fees for summary-only motoring offences.

Important: The figures below are for typical matters. The final fee may change depending on complexity, volume of evidence, urgency, location and length of the hearing, previous convictions, number of charges and whether additional hearings or legal arguments are required. We will assess the matter and confirm the agreed fee in writing before work begins. All professional fees shown exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is charged where applicable, generally for clients based in the UK. VAT is not normally charged to clients resident outside the UK. We will confirm the VAT position and total fee before you instruct us.

Key stages and timescales

We will take your instructions, review the available evidence, advise you about plea and sentence, explain the court process, prepare the case and represent you at the agreed hearing.
