Disbursements are costs payable to third parties, such as expert reports, medical evidence, barristers, travel or court charges. They are not included unless expressly stated. We will explain any likely disbursement and obtain your agreement before it is incurred. Third-party providers may charge VAT.
We will take your instructions, review the available evidence, advise you about plea and sentence, explain the court process, prepare the case and represent you at the agreed hearing. The court decides the hearing date and listing time. A guilty plea may conclude at the first hearing; contested cases usually require further hearings and a separate quotation.
Motoring matters are handled by a solicitor with relevant criminal and driving-offence experience, including Mujeeb-Ur-Rehman, Solicitor, or another appropriately qualified member of the team. Work is supervised in accordance with the firm’s arrangements, including by Anwar Qazi, Solicitor and Director, where appropriate. We will identify the person responsible for your matter when you instruct us.
